It was busy for National Coffee Day. The parking lot was full; I had to park in another area.
Krispy Kreme's way to celebrate is to give a coffee and a donut. I got a large coffee and was slightly disappointed that I was given a glazed donut. I thought that I saw on Facebook that the free donut was the coffee-filled donut.
I did buy a dozen to bring to church and swapped the glazed for a coffee-filled donut! Glad I got to try it...Love it!
It was great watching the donuts be made!
The folks at church were happy to see the box of Krispy Kreme donuts!
It's great that they help folks with fundraising...will be back! -

Wonderful experience. All employees very engaged and hospitable. Donuts were amazing as usual. Coffee hot and strong. Yummy!

I stopped in to get a couple dozen donuts for my doctor and his staff as they have been very good to me. A couple dozen of these fantastic donuts should put a smile on their faces as the weekend approaches. The man behind the counter (maybe the manager?) must have felt my vibe as he was very happy and upbeat and seemed to really enjoy what he does. That type attitude can't be faked and is infectious. He also offered me a free donut before he even took my order-woohoo. I had to decline as it isn't so good for my diabetes :( Since it was Manu Ginobili day in San Antonio they had some special donuts in honor of everybody's favorite Spur player. (see my photo) Those went home with me for my sweet wife. I may not be able to resist at least one of these-don't tell my doc.
If ever I need donuts again this is my place for sure. -

If your going to stop by here make sure you stop when the donuts are fresh and partake in one immediately! Don't wait, the donut will not be the same later. Still delicious just not the same. You will not regret it, it's so worth it. The warm, light, fresh glazed donut melts in your mouth like butter. The shop is clean and the employees were super friendly and gracious. They also offer a free sample. They have other donuts too , shell, cake, and filled donuts. Koloshes and a variety of drinks are available too. There is also their coffee and a few other branded item for sale.

The glazed donuts here are buttery and mind blowing. The customer service was cold and mind numbing. They almost seemed asleep.
To be fair, it was a gloomy rainy day, and maybe on a sunny day the employees would be more alert. I have been before and received great customer service. So it's probably hit or miss.
The iced caramel coffee was decent. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst I've had.
I like their zombie decorated donuts. They make a great Halloween surprise gift to cheer up coworkers having a bad day.
I did drive through this time, but if you have time the inside is pretty cool. You can see through to the donuts on the conveyor belt going through the whole process from start to glazing, and it kind of makes you feel like you're at the Wonka factory.
